For our client in Zaventem Jobmatch is looking for a Customer Service Representative with an excellent knowledge of English, French and German.

 


Customer Service Representative – EN/FR/GE – M/V

Job description

  • You will be the interface between the Customers, distributors and the different internal departments.
  • You are the person of contact for clients and you will be responsible for the complete process: from administrative tasks to Logistics, Supply Chain and other cross-functional activities.
  • In short: you are responsible for the highest level of Customer Service.  
  • You will be responsible for different customer care activities supporting internal and external customers: handling all incoming orders, send order confirmations and ensure expedition
  • optimize delivery of available goods and follow-up on pending orders
  • ensure that the order logistics and invoicing are in compliance with the commercial agreements
  • follow-up on all customer requests and questions
  • take all necessary actions to resolve any customer claims and issues (cross-functionally: you will be in contact with the Logistics Department, Supply Chain, Invoice,..)
  • create and maintain customer information files for the back-up team.

Profile

You
  • Have an excellent knowledge of English, French and German.
  • Have preferably a higher degree in administration, logistics,...
  • Have a first experience in a customer facing role, preferably within an international environment
  • Are friendly, helpful and very service and quality minded
  • Are dynamic, proactive and action oriented
  • Have a positive, upbeat and friendly personality
  • Show unquestionable integrity and trust in all your professional undertakings
  • Are able to set priorities appropriately in the daily work
  • Are willing to learn and to grow in your full potential
  • Are an excellent communicator and a problem solver
  • Have a very good knowledge of MS Office. Knowledge of SAP is a plus
  • Are a true team player and able to work for the common goals of your team
  • Have a strong ability to understand customer and sales needs with an acute sense of urgency
  • Are an autonomous self-starter with the ability to take initiatives
  • Are flexible and willing 'run the extra mile' to ensure customer satisfaction
