As Customer Service Agent you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- You will ensure a smooth, correct and professional handling of questions from the customers
- You will do this by mail, live chat and telephone
- You will give on a regular basis to the team an overview of the feedback the customers give about the sales and service
- In short, you ensure that all customer demands are qualitatively monitored on the one hand, and you contribute to the further growth of our company on the other.
