As a customer Quality Engineer you support the customers assigned to you. In that role you concentrate on a transparent cooperation. You maintain contact with your customers and, if necessary, you go on site. This results in a strong customer loyalty and satisfaction.
A selection of your tasks:
- You ensure a correct follow-up of incidents, warranty returns, complaints etc. and use the quality methodologies (such as 8D,…) that are known for this purpose. You have a can-do attitude and provide clear results.
- You act as a professional during customer visits. You facilitate and where necessary, organize internal and external audits. Where appropriate, you are responsible for your own product audits. You can improve our quality processes and take full ownership (and act as an expert) during the development process and life cycle of the products of your clients. You are also responsible for the upgrades and the releases of new products.
- You play a critical and active role in improvement projects.
