Our client is a major international player in the fluid system industries.

The Belgian office is devoted to customer service, finance and sales management.

Since the company is growing continuously they are looking for an enthusiastic manager with leadership and people management skills.

Job description

  • You will be reporting to the Director of the Belgian entity and will be part of the operations team (together with the Sales Manager and the Finance Manager).
  • As Manager, you will be responsible for 10 dedicated employees (Dutch speaking) and will be in contact with customers and colleagues worldwide, mainly in English.
  • As Manager you will lead the customer service and distribution processes of the company

Your key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop the team's key performance indicators to ensure high standards and targets in order to meet business goals.
  • Provide direction, inspire and encourage the teams to innovate and collaborate
  • Contributes to the company strategic plan as part of the management team and is accountable for the result of owned strategic projects.
  • Report on all customer processes and and provide analysis
  • Troubleshoot and identify opportunities to make a process incrementally better
  • Work autonomously to continuously improve service to the customer (internal and external)
  • Work on the planning in terms of warehousing and distributing


  • You have at least 4 years of demonstrated experience in one of these fields: customer service or warehouse or distribution or planning or supply chain
  • You have proven track record of people management skills or you feel ready for taking up the next step in your career as a people manager
  • You master the Dutch and English languages for communication with both internal teams and clients
  • You have excellent communication skills
  • You are not afraid of taking ownership and providing clarity of the path to resolution
  • Reliable, motivated candidate you carry out the ability to initiate
  • You are a born people manager with a strong personality and a strategic thinker
