Customer Loyalty & Reward Manager

Job description

The Interim Manager's key responsibilities will include:

  • Being in charge of managing the memberships Rewards programme and the premium benefits and events programme for Belgium & Luxemburg;
  • Liaise and manage the relationships with the external Rewards Programme partners;
  • Lead the launch of new programme partners;
  • Control the expense and liability of the programmes;
  • Support the development of the Reward marketing plans with the Marketing team;
  • Interact with all internal stakeholders (sales, customer services, call centres) to inform them on the content and usage of the newly launched or removed programmes;
  • Ensure all internal stakeholders are aware of the changes so they can communicate in a correct and timely manner with the Customers;
  • Take on the reporting and tracking of the Reward programmes together with the Finance and BI teams;
  • Manage the Benefits strategy and roll out to improve Net Promoter Score;
  • Maintain and evaluate the benefits partnerships and ensure ongoing improvement;
  • Manage the events programme, sourcing partners and securing.

Profile

The key qualifications required for this interim management job:

The ideal candidate has solid experience in Benefits & Loyalty Management and can define a strategic orientation into operational actions. He/she is used to building effective working relationships, interact efficiently with multiple stakeholders and has a strong business and commercial acumen. The perfect candidate is well organised, can work independently and has good communication and negotiating skills. He/she is fully operational in Dutch, French & English and is available within 2 to 4 weeks.
