Job description

The Sales Manager is responsible for all sales & business activities in Belux. From Belgium, part of the position will be done remotely with regular trips to the regional head office located in Netherlands.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES

  • Reaching sales targets & marketing goals
  • Expand BeLux markets
  • Managing the sales teams (+/-10)

MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Reaching and monitor sales targets
  • Marketing plan execution
  • Monitor performance sales representatives
  • Monitor results and visit pharma wholesalers on a regular basis
  • Contact person opinion leaders, key accounts and Dental Universities

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB

  • Analyze performance salespeople, wholesalers and country performance
  • Monthly reporting on sales development and performance of the sales teams
  • Analyze dental and pharma markets
  • Connection to marketing department and inside sales
  • Execute and monitor marketing plans
  • Initiate and chairman sales meetings
  • Follow up activities from sales meetings
  • Make commercial proposals to improve results
  • Make commercial deals wholesalers and visit wholesalers on a regular basis
  • Make yearly bonus schedules sales reps and set (sales) targets
  • Together with Supervisors check bonus and performance sales reps every cycle

Profile

The sales manager will monitor performance of 2 sales teams' pharma and dental: 5 commercials in pharma/chemistries and 5 in dental clinics. Main part of the business is wholesalers oriented, and the other part is dental oriented. Ideal candidate will have knowledge in wholesaling distribution and dental clinics.

+/-10 years of successful commercial and management experience. Dental & / medical environment

Experience with pharma wholesalers

Experience with dental clinics.

Fluent DU / ENG / FR

Experience with IMS data analysis

Offer
