For our client Nordlux, part of Energetic Lighting Europe, we are looking for a dedicated, entrepreneurial and enthusiastic Country Manager Benelux (m/f) who will be responsible for the growth story in the Benelux region.
As Country Manager you are responsible for the expansion of the market through active prospection in order to sell the products of Nordlux in a larger region. You maintain and expand the existing customer relations within this market and retain their satisfaction. Next to that you also develop new customer relationships and manage commercial partnerships within the DIY and Retail market in the Benelux area. You are the key person in negotiating customer agreements and in setting up the strategic sales plans and budgets in line with the growth targets for the coming years. As a people manager you will coach and support your team, existing of two regional KAM-Managers in order to realize their targets. You will also be responsible for extending the team according to the needs of future growth. Moreover, in view of the company growth, you determine and develop the overall strategy for the Benelux. In this position you will report to the Sales Director and to the CEO in Denmark.
