Context of the job
As contract manager it's your mission to support the Account teams by providing contractual advice, supporting contract negotiations and helping business teams to deploy preventive measures and processes which help to protect equensWorldline's revenues and reputation and to minimize commercial disputes and litigations.
You will have regular meetings with Account team members, finance, legal counsel and clients as needed and participate to internal risk management and bidding processes.
You will be integrated in Atos Group Contract Management organization and will locally report to the Head of Aftersales Belux.
From a pre-sales phase perspective, you will be requested to provide support in performing RFP/tenders contract and risk assessments, contract drafting, and contract negotiations, and provide advice along the bidding contracting cycle.
From an aftersales/delivery phase perspective, you will be requested to support the business in the deployment of good contract management practices in all or part of the following areas:
- Contractual Awareness
- Contract Change Management
- Formal Communications and Documentation Management
- Governance Management
- Claim management
- Obligations management
- Third Parties management
- Risks management
- Support Client Relationship
