Compliance Administrative Specialist

Job description

Provide an end-to-end centralised compliance service for transactions initiated by colleagues including administrative and payment support related to these activities, according to the client's policies:

  • Submit and follow-up the transactions in accordance with the policies and execute payment to the Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and Healthcare Organizations (HCOs) for these activities within timelines:
    • Submission and quality-check for approval in the organisation system 
    • Vendor creation
    • Creation of Payment Request 
    • Follow-up/Issue resolution 
  • Complete Data Activity tracker to allow measurement of KPIs and workload
  • Support the Compliance Manager for validation of transparency disclosure data related to the Transactions
  • Execute FF Sample activities
  • Act as Customer Call Center
