You will be part of the system Intelligence & Communication Unit. This Unit is the central point for providing processed information to the company"s customers based on exploitation of content and data available in the Management Centre and for the development, production and dissemination of corporate and promotional communication deliverables (brochures, images, logos, websites, publications) printed and/or online.
It is also the ‘public" face of the company via the Infodesk, by answering general queries from the public, media and members from around the world.
Finally, it supports the visibility of the company and of standardization achievements and deliverables

Feeding and ensuring the timely provision of business intelligence to the members and stakeholders through the exploitation of content and data available in the organisation
Defining and formulating the communication roadmap in support of the relevant strategic objectives, including yearly and medium term goals, and supervising its implementation
Managing all PR activities including company"s internal and external communication in order to increase the company visibility and to promote awareness of standardization work and achievements
Ensuring compliance of communication activities with all relevant legal regulations and organizational policies
Ensuring timely preparation of executive/policy speeches and other type of material for the General Management
Acting as media spokesperson for the company, and delegating to experts whenever required in order to ensure the delivery of a consistent message to the media and public
