Commercial Administrative Assistant

Job description

As an administrative assistant, you provide an administrative support within the commercial department.

Under the supervision of the team leader:
  • You provide administrative support to the colleagues in the commercial department: you manage the planning, calls and invoices, you prepare documents, etc.
  • You maintain contacts with the customers/suppliers and provide the requested information.
  • You update the data in the information system and databases.
  • You give ad hoc assistance to the colleagues outside the commercial department (executive secretary, operational teams, etc.)

Profile

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in secretarial, Office Management or an equivalent degree. You have a first relevant experience, preferably in a commercial environment.
  • You have a good knowledge of office tools (MS Office)
  • You have a very good knowledge of French/ Dutch (oral and written).
  • You have excellent communication skills and you are customer-oriented.
  • You are organized, autonomous and you like working in a team.
  • You are discreet, dynamic and flexible and you are results-oriented.
