The well-known Grand Hotel Reylof will undergo a metamorphosis in the summer of 2018. The entire service we offer will change, due to the implementation of our luxury boutique hotel concept Pillows. The reopening is planned for October 8th 2018. That is why we are looking for you.

Pillows Grand Hotel Reylof

Your role
As Chef de Partie you are co-responsible for creating an unforgettable gastronomic moment for our guests at any occasion. Under direct supervision of our Chef de Cuisine you will focus on warm and cold dishes. You will take care of the mise-en-place for dishes à la carte, banquets and other events. You will be responsible for managing the stock and off course impeccable hygiene in the kitchen and your work station. You will participate in kitchen meetings and we welcome all suggestions and ideas you might have to help create the best restaurant in Gent. 
 

Profile


Are you an experienced guest oriented culinary specialist? An innovative and creative chef who likes to assist in drawing up season oriented menus? Do you enjoy creating an unforgettable gastronomic moment for our guests with your team? 

Check your profile;
  • A completed professional hospitality study.
  • Experience in a luxury hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Keen interest in continuously growing your knowledge and skills.
  • Able to work independently with a positive mindset.
  • Impeccable communicative skill in English and Dutch. French and any other third language is an asset.
