What's the role?
Construction in Belgium is booming. At Hilti, we are experiencing exciting growth in the business to ensure we can give the best possible service to our customers and the industry. There is no better time to join us!
Due to this growth, we are seeking a Business Development Manager to scope out new business opportunities as well as support our existing customers. The opportunities are endless! Initially, you will be responsible for learning ‘the Hilti way’, going through our extensive training and developing long and lasting partnerships with clients within our sector.

What does the role involve?
As a Business Developer – your initial focus will be to ensure you have completed all aspects of our extensive training, development (within products, services, consultative approach etc.). From here, as an Account Manager, essentially your role will be to develop business and relationships with clients within your region.

We fill 80% of our management positions with our own internal candidates. It’s testament to how much we value and develop our people



What you need is:
  • A methodical and driven approach to sales; with a sound ability to identify decision makers
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and effective problem-solving ability
  • Ambitious about your own development
  • Self-starter capable of working independently, managing your own call cycle
  • Willingness to learn, passionate and driven
  • Process driven and professional business approach
