Primary Objectives: The IT Application Domain & Project Leader, in charge of the Business Development and Finance Domain is the primary IT touch point for handling business requirements for different Business Department. He / she manages the portfolio of applications in response and support of the different Business Lines, proposes the roadmap of evolution based on benefit and cost analysis in coordination with Business and IT stakeholders, leads related IT Projects until delivery to the end-user, ensures production applications perform as expected and propose action plan for correction if required.
For any IT application in relation to the business lines
o Respond to business request
o Build and keep updated an holistic view of the business processes, related IT strategy, data management and technology requirement
o Identify and specify business needs, especially common needs within the Group and drive business towards a maximum of process convergence in favour of the emergence of common requirements within the Group
o Develop and maintain a roadmap of Application and related IT infrastructure requirement for each business line
o Manage existing application portfolio and schedule evolution in coordination with business needs and availability of resources with the IT Management
o Create recommendation for technology investment related to IT architecture
o Support decision making process for engaging roadmap modification, application evolution
o Provide benefit/cost analysis, based on business commitment and cost analysis to ensure decision making process based on business priorities
o Lead IT Project related to the Domain, ensure that date, quality and cost targets are met
Ensure existence of appropriate Testing Environment/Data in relation with end-users
o Pilot User Acceptance Test with Business users, and if required with Network&Operation Department
o Support Application Deployment/Roll out in coordination with Business owner
o Manage requirements and sourcing process and pilot suppliers accordingly to ensure suppliers' delivery fits with commitment, anticipate issues and propose correction plan. Applies penalties at last as agreed.
