Job description

In this role you will report to the Brand Communication Manager – Europe (based in Brussels).

Together with the Brand Communication team you will be responsible for:

Marketing collateral production:

Supporting the planning, production, maintenance and availability of marketing collateral across all brands and product groups. From approved concepts, you will coordinate the creation of materials to final printed piece, ensure printing is performed to the company’s strict quality criteria. Following ISO procedures, using approved printing partners and utilizing internal technical and external consultant services. You will also be responsible for the maintenance of Graphic sales support tools including power point slides, product allocation materials and brand usage guidelines.

Artwork file manipulation: Perform routine artwork adaptations with existing artwork files and create basic collateral within existing design guidelines. Able to apply color management processes and ensure that all files are evaluated, optimized and supplied print ready to the print partner.

The Marketing systems support: you will maintain internal marketing systems such as our MRM system to ensure collateral is up to date and organized efficiently. You will also provide basic support to other internal departments using the systems and be responsible for Graphics customer facing the assets. Ensuring sales materials are updated on a regular basis and the site and it's contents are kept in an organized manner with access granted to those who need it.

The Purchasing coordination: responsible for managing vendor invoicing and advising cost allocation to Marketing Controlling, have to regularly check vendor invoicing against agreed service level agreements and rate cards. Assist the Brand Communication Manager in forecasting costs and develop budget requirements.


Your profile

• Fluent in spoken & written English with an additional EU language is considered as an asset.

• Good Microsoft computer knowledge- MS Office suite. • Familiarity and experience with Adobe CS design software, MRM( Adnovate), CRM and SAP systems.

• Experience in marketing communications, project management, campaign and promotion execution.

• You have experience in project management and proven coordination abilities

• You have a good understanding of the creative, production & fulfilment processes.

• You are able to work independently and pro-actively.

• You have a good understanding of our commercial environment & customer requirements.

• You have proven experience in managing financial budgets.

• You have good presentation and communication skills; • You are creative and open minded;

• You have a hands-on attitude & oriented towards problem solving.

• Your are a good team player.

• You are able to work to tight deadlines.

• You are available to travel when required.
