Job description

Your responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all sales, marketing and business development material is available for presentations, conferences, trade shows, etc;
  • Maintain up-to-date the regional prospect list;
  • Elaborate and maintain up to date the prospect engagement activities list;
  • Engage with potential customers and industry partners on business potential;
  • Coordinate effective execution of prospect events such as demos, briefings, etc;
  • Participate in the preparation of trade shows, demonstrations, conference and provide regional input;
  • Contribute to the preparation of internal sales presentations to senior management committees.

Your tasks:

  • Assist the Vice President in the elaboration and presentation of business capture strategies, business capture plans, prospect engagement plans, etc;
  • Assist the Vice President in the preparation and coordination presentations and demonstrations to customers and potential customers;
  • In conjunction with the team and the communications department, participate in the elaboration of marketing material, such as brochures, fact-sheets, videos;
  • Accompany the Vice President to presentations to prospective customers and other potential stakeholders;
  • Represent the Company at trade shows, conferences, demonstrations and effectively communicate the Company’s value added;
  • Assist in liaising with other departments such as communications, engineering, procurement to ensure internal coordination and resource availability.


Your qualifications

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or other related disciplines;
  • Fluent in French and English with third language desirable.
