You are responsible for coordinating the administration of the Property Management department, working in close relationship with the Head of Property Management but also with the property managers and the team assistants. You will prepare pitches together with the Head of Property Management; you will then prepare the contract in collaboration with the legal department, follow up with the client; once signed, you will coordinate the transfer of information to the property manager in charge and to the team.
You will be the person responsible for client billing and fee forecasting: You will prepare the monthly forecast as well as the quarterly statistics of the department, again working in close collaboration with the Head of department and with the property managers to gather accurate information. You will then prepare the billing using their software system and issuing the (monthly or quarterly) invoices to the clients.
As administrative coordinator, you will also be responsible for overall administrative support like informing new members of the team, informing the team on new processes, preparing team meetings and events, following up the request coming from the Group, etc.
