The purpose of this position is to perform administrative support activities, tasks and projects in a timely, efficient, and professional manner, enabling executive staff supported by this position to be more effective and productive in their jobs. This position will provide support throughout headquarters, including reception duties.
- Key in and submit reports online once prepared and approved for submission,
- Prepare and edit documents and reports utilizing MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint,
- Assist with creating/editing executive and/or departmental documents and presentations,
- Coordinate internal and external meetings,
- Ensure supporting documentation,
- Continuous and consistent performance of administrative tasks, including but not limited to, ordering supplies, making photocopies, scanning of documents, etc.
- Fulfill receptionist duties as needed ( once a week): greet and direct guests, maintain guest logs, answer and direct incoming calls, accept and deliver packages and mail.
