As account manager you will be responsible for every crucial Retail Accounts in Brussels/Wallonia. You manage an existing client's portfolio, your focus is then the farming of your clients. You are responsible for building up an effective business relationship with your retail clients and for ensuring an optimal distribution level of the company's products. You also keep an eye out on the retail prices and report back on this to your Sales Manager. You are autonomous to plan your visit and organise your time efficiently. You manage to do effective presentation of products and you organise demonstrations. On the other hand, you implement "shop to shop" strategies, coach and manage the in store sales teams. Finally, you always try to reach your assigned objectives, settled in a qualitative and quantitative way.
