Account Manager in the Digital sector
- Once you made the boarding of the clients into the adventure, you build stable relationships with them, understanding their needs
- You go meet them and coach them into the efficient use of the software to maximise their potential with their customers
- You are the voice between them and the company
- You act as a problem solver/solution focused
- As a true sales ambassador of the company, you are able to do some up-selling
- You are passionate and have experience within a Digital environment, ideally in SaaS
- You had a first BtoB sales (software) function
- You have outstanding communication in Dutch or English plus fluency in French
- You are extrovert, curious, humble, client and solution oriented
- You can take initiatives and communicate honestly
