Job description

Job Purpose
  • To develop the network of agents (leads generators) at Belgian national level through management of existing agents and prospection to expand the network of active agents ;
  • To manage long term partnership with agents network.

    Principal accountabilities
  • To manage autonomously your prospection agenda ;
  • To develop partnership with building companies and installers ;
  • To provide training to schools, associations, professional organisations ;
  • Actively participate to marketing campaign and actions at site of agents.

    Key Challenges
  • To develop prospection through different sectors : domestic, horeca, agriculture,industry ;
  • To keep the agents informed about the technical developments ;
  • To analyze market evolution and competitors strategies.

Profile

Educational Background

Bachelor or similar level gained by experience

Qualifications required
  • High Commercial mindset and Communication skills
  • Result oriented
  • Well-structured and accurate in day-to-day follow-up
  • Work with autonomy and think in the interest of the team
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Languages: Dutch and French
  • MS office : Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
