In sector of construction equipment you provide assistance in the warranty claims process. Communicate with dealers in EMEA region. Analyse dealer and product claim behaviour.
- Process warranty claims, consolidate warranty documentation (claims, inspection reports, etc) and validate all information reported on claims. Identify errors and action them with the customers or internal support teams.
- Coordinate warranty claim decision, get approval per Level of Authority, notify customer of outcome and initiate credit, repair or replacement product.
- Support distributor and customer warranty queries timely with the help of internal stakeholders.
- The Warranty Administrator manages warranty claim exceptions according to company guidelines in association with the BU recommendations.
- Monitor and update the information in the warranty system.
- Process service support invoices, maintain records, and resolve any customer/dealer disputes.

Profiel
- Language skills: excellent English and preferably a good command of German and/or Dutch.
- Strong affinity with technical matters: construction equipment, car engines, car mechanics, engineering
- The right candidate has a curious mind and is a quick learner of technology and processes
- Bachelor or Master level education, preferably in a technical discipline
- A first experience in a international business environment is useful
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel) is important. Knowledge of Systems (SAP, Oracle,…) is useful
- Multi tasking skills and respect for deadlines
- Strong attention to detail.
- Interpersonal communication skills
- Willingness to travel (occasional short trips in Europe (<5%))
