Functieomschrijving
As an application engineer, it's your task to:
- Advise customers about the application of our products
- Train distributors and colleagues about our product ranges
- Handle technical complaints
Your responsibilities are:
- Be a source of information about product application issues for colleagues, distributors and customers
- Create tools, presentations and training material
- Visit customers and distributors to introduce new products, discuss applications and support Sales
- Handle technical complaints, including on site visits
- Give feedback to Engineering and Production based on practical experiences
Profiel
- You followed a technical education (mechanical engineering)
- You can communicate fluent in English and at least one other language (depending on the area where you will be working)
- You have experience (2-5 years) in a technical environment
- You have a hands-on mentality
- You are well organized and accurate.
- You are proactive
- You have good communication skills
- You are flexible (prepared to travel and work after the hours)
- You have an open and honest character
