Functieomschrijving
• You organize, coordinate and facilitate Supplier Business Meetings (on site or off site)
• You perform required analysis to develop improvement opportunities within the supply base.
• You manage the Materials Agreement process for the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) supply base.
• You identify and manage process improvement projects within the EMEA supply base
• You identify and manage supplier related process improvement projects at the Rumst Distribution Center
• You Lead and support cross-functional excellence projects at the Rumst Distribution Center
• You lead and support cross-functional touchpoints at the Rumst Distribution Center
• You lead and support global supplier management initiatives
• You manage the EMEA no source process as the aftermarket sourcing liaison (new source identification and coordination)
• You lead and support aftermarket resourcing improvements
Profiel
• You have a bachelor or master degree in engineering, supply chain or logistics or are equal through experience
• You are fluent in English, both spoken and written. Dutch and French is an asset.
• You have experience with Click Commerce – PARTS, DSRP or another inventory planning system.
• Experience with the use of Oracle SQL is a plus
• You have experience with process improvement tools (Lean/Six Sigma/ 7-step)
• An APICS CSCP or CPIM qualification is an asset
• You have a first experience in a planning or supply chain role with regular supplier interaction
• You are analytical / problem solving / time management / general business understanding / managing work
• Perseverance / initiative / follow-up / flexibility / confidence / dealing with ambiguity
• You have experience with performance management / coaching and development / negotiation / cross functional coordination
