ServiceDesk FrontOffice Engineer Benelux
As a team member of our growing European Front Office Service Desk (30 employees at present), you are responsible for assisting our Benelux customers with their technical and specific problems (software and hardware).
You have regular contact with many other departments, such as the Logistics and R&D department.
You report to the Service Level Coordinator Benelux
You are willing to help customers by phone or email.
You are punctual, stress-resistant, service-oriented and a team player.
You enjoy solving technical problems.
A very good knowledge of Dutch and English is essential. Knowledge of another language is a plus.
You hold a bachelor?s degree in ICT.
You work in close collaboration with our salespeople and colleagues who support our customers in the field.
