With passion for CCEP’s business, the Senior Manager, HR Business Partner Commercial contributes to and implements the organization’s human resources strategy so that the organization attracts, manages, develops and retains the employees it needs to achieve its current and future business objectives.
Acting as a link between the business leaders and the HR organization, he/she leverages the appropriate HR solutions to facilitate and enable the achievement of the goals of the Commercial teams.
He/she ensures the provision of strategic advice, guidance, direction and consultative services concerning all HR related subjects to the business.
Supporting our Commercial teams in Belgium, he/she will work in close cooperation with other internal HR Services or Centers of Expertise to provide the business with an effective service, based on a deep understanding of the business environment, strategy and people management implications. There is no set location for this role however your principal client hub is Anderlecht.
• The Senior Manager, HR BP liaises with the Commercial Management teams to develop and implement human resources strategies that are appropriate for their business needs, but consistent with the organization’s overall human resources strategy.
• He/she is responsible for change management projects and is the sparring partner concerning organizational development, team effectiveness, sustainable employability and innovation.
• The HR Business Partner is also responsible for facilitating the career planning, individual development, performance management and succession planning processes.
• Apart from the strategic you assist the business on operational matters by referring them to the right HR division.
