Sales Support Professional regio Gent
For one of our customers, an international company in Ghent, we are looking for a Sales Support Professional. As a sales support professional you are responsible for supporting the sales organization (Market company & dealers) so that orders are specified correctly and planned on the right moment according to the customer demands.
Your key responsibilities:
You will be the contactperson between the sales organisation and operations for questions concerning the ordering and planning of new product. You will give the clients the information requested and be the support for the dealer.
You help the dealer in finding solutions in correspondence with the wishes of the clients.
You support the dealer network concerning planning and product issues in order to reach a good customer satisfaction. This means that you give correct advise to the dealernetwork concerning the standard product offering. You give information concerning delivery lead-times, you support aswell the dealer network in the daily use of the order systems.
You take actions in order to continuously improve and maintain the required competences and apply this optimally in your own organization.
In this position you will also be responsible for the claim handling, this means you will need to decide if the complaint is valid and negotiate a solution to solve the problem.
You have a very good knowledge of German, French and English. Dutch is not mandatory.
You have a bachelor degree and you have strong communication skills.
You are strong in negotiating (offering other solutions to the clients).
You are service minded, highly accurate and have good analytical skills.
You are a teamplayer, have a positive mindset and a can do attitude.
