As a member of a reception team
- You welcome Members, offering an efficient, friendly and polite welcome
- You deal with telephone enquiries
- You take bookings promptly and efficiently
- You deal with Members complaints and answer requests/questions
- You collect all payments from the Members by cash, credit card in accordance with information and correspondence received and dispense change
- You interact and co-operate fully with all Club Departments
Profiel
" 2+ years of work experience in a similar environment
" High school degree
" Fluent trilingual in Dutch, French and English and another language is a plus
" Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
" Highly organized
" High team spirit
" High energy level
