For our client who is situated in Anderlecht, we're looking for a Purchase Assistant.

Functieomschrijving
As Purchase Assistant you work for the IT-deparmtement. You will have to create and follow-up tickets in the system for asset management and you will be the single point of contact between suppliers and users (for example the activation of SIMcards, requests for internet connections). You purchase hardware, software and mobile phones and you keep the database up to date. You are responsible for the follow-up of material sent to the repair center and you coordinate Roll-out-projects (follow-up of orders, deliveries and installations). You are also responsible for the general administration.
Profiel
We're looking for somebody with a higher education in secretariat or equal by experience. Next to this you have experience in an administrative planning function and you have knowledge of Customer Care.
Experience in an IT environment or with Peregrine tools is a plus! You are fluent in Dutch, French and English and you know how to work with MS Office and with SAP. Knowledge of Visio is an asset.
