Functieomschrijving
-Responsible for the technical evolution of our tools, framework and platform related to.NET development
-Follow the technical aspects of the project and ensure the technical coherence. This includes the follow-up of non-functional requirements (performance, security, scalability, maintainability, migration,...)
-Responsible for the technical documentation of those project, the build server and the various tools we use during development (JIRA, SVN, Build Server, Dependency management,...)
-Perform code review in order to guarantee that we deliver the best application to our customers
-Develop the complex parts of projects, proof of concept and framework evolution, in other word you'll need to take part in development, not only architecture decision and analysis.
-Take part in every architectural decision impacting .NET applications in order to make sure we choose the best pragmatic solutions and the best vendors while following a structured approach (that include technology evaluation, proof of concept, market scan, etc.)
Profiel
-Masters Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
-Experience in all phases of an end-to-end solution, leading the initial design, component realization and integration of the system
-At least 4 years of .NET experience (including .NET 1.0 up to 3.5, WinForms, ASP.NET, WCF, web services, NHibernate, linq, WPF, Enterprise Library, ...)
-In depth technical knowledge of .NET: C#, VB.NET and all the technologies around. Knowledge of Oracle, SQL server.
-Solid Object Oriented analysis, design and coding experience
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including leading small teams of developers)
-Experience with performance analysis and tools (load testing, profiling) and technical issue solving.
