Marketing Analyst, Sales Planning (Junior)
Functieomschrijving
- Design and develop motivating Sales incentive programs for our Sales force in the EMEA region which support the EMEA business plan and the go-to-market strategy, by providing research and analysis, and working with different planning groups from around the world.
- Analyse sales performance results and formulate recommendations on current and future development.
- Maintain Sales performance measurement applications and contribute to the process efficiency
- Develop solutions, models and processes that improve decision making and organisational effectiveness.
Profiel
- Business school/University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics or Marketing
- First experience in dealing with Marketing, Finance or Sales analysis in a business environment is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively throughout various functional groups and hierarchical levels
- Excellent knowledge of English is a must (working language)
- Strong analytical (numeric) and process thinking capabilities
- Very good planning & organizational skills
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Knowledge of Access and SQL would be an advantage
