Provide assistance to the Product %26 Sales Managers and sales force by performing secretarial duties that will ensure timely and effective handling of priorities and achievement of objectives.
Main tasks are:
- Administrative duties: phone calls, post, mailings, invitations, room reservations, catering, ordering litterature
- SAP - budget FU
- Translations
- Contracts handling (sponsorings, advisory board, grants)
- Sending promo material/samples
- Organization group %26 individual congresses
- Voting system
- Genesys
- Logistic support for events (PB, advisory board, )
- Travel arrangements
Profiel
o Trilingual (Dutch /French/English) - oral and written
o Practical experience in the use of Microsoft Office: Word, Excell, Powerpoint
o Progress with the changes in software programs such as SAP, Genesys
