Currently, our client is looking for a lawyer trainee to reinforce their Belgian business law team.

Functieomschrijving
You will work for several partners within the Belgian business law practice, thus gaining a varied and wide experience in several legal areas.
You will definitely be involved in files concerning labour law (about 50% of your time), contract law and distribution law but also deal with other legal matters within Belgian business law if and when the need arises.
Your focus will be on legal advice but you will also deal with litigation files.
Also, you will be involved in giving in-house seminars to clients and performing in house audits for clients.
Profiel
You have a obtained a Belgian Master in law with excellent academic results. An additional Master in Employment law is certainly an asset.
You have about 1 year experience as a lawyer. You have at least some experience in labour law.
You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and/or French and a good knowledge of the other language. You have an excellent working knowledge of English.
You are able to work independently but you also enjoy working in a team.
You are proactive, creative, client oriented and solution oriented.
