Currently, our client is looking for a lawyer trainee to reinforce their Belgian business law team.
Labour Lawyer
Functieomschrijving
You will work in close collaboration with the partner who is responsible for labour law and with a few junior lawyers.
You will focus on a wide range of labour law files, including both individual and collective labour law. Your focus will be on legal advice but you will also deal with litigation files.
Also, you will be involved in giving in-house seminars to clients and performing in house audits for clients.
Moreover, you will become actively involved in client development.
Profiel
You have a obtained a Belgian Master in law with excellent academic results.
You have about 3 to 5 years experience in labour law.
You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and/or French and a good knowledge of the other language. You have an excellent working knowledge of English.
You are able to work independently but you also enjoy working in a team.
You are proactive, creative, client oriented and solution oriented.
