KBC Group Brand & Reputation Manager

In this role as "Group Brand & (online) Reputation Manager ", he/she will
- define the group brand and sensibly roll it out,
- manage, measure and monitor the reputation of KBC Group,
- define and implement social media policies and strategy.
The "Group Brand & (online) Reputation Manager" is a new function and will report directly into the General Manager Group Communication. Since it is a new function, its content and scope will inevitably evolve over time, in line with the strategy.
Location
Brussels, but with regular visits abroad
Profiel
- Experience in the development of a distinctive brand identity or demonstrated success in defining and managing brand(s) in a large, complex organization or context; if no or limited experience, eagerness to learn;
- A minimum of 5 years communications experience (preferably brand / reputation management);
- Financial services communication experience or eagerness to gain in-depth industry knowledge;
- Managing and demonstrating success in working in a high-performing team with variety of skill sets and proven results (people management skills, leadership and interpersonal skills);
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, essentially in English;
- Well developed strategy development and planning/organizational skills;
- Flexibility : the ability and availability to perform the required tasks and readiness to learn on an ongoing basis. Ability to work under pressure and to set priorities;
- Internal and external networker.
