JR Payroll Expert
Taking responsibility for the accurate and timely processing of all elements related to the monthly payroll (for 1 or more business units) ensuring correct and timely calculation and payment of wages;
Managing the daily operations and organizing your work in partnership with all stakeholders (HR Account Team, Recruitment Team) to ensure best results are achieved cost-efficiently and with high quality;
Solving and following-up on issues with regard to personal files to ensure that the best possible service can be offered to the employees in close cooperation with the HR Account teams;
Advising all stakeholders (internally and externally Vivium, SD Worx, etc) based upon own credibility and expertise by adopting a customer oriented attitude;
Supporting your colleagues by acting as an example and reference within your own job and supporting them as a mentor;
Continuously following-up on the most recent developments and tendencies within your fields.
You have an experience of 1 to 3 years in a simular position.
You have an expertise in Belgian social and labour legislation and taxation regulations;
You have SAP expertise and inbound & outbound processes related to payroll, are an asset;
You have a good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook);
You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and English and a good knowledge of French;
You are accurate and analytical;
You are able to operate in a demanding environment;
You work pro-actively enabling you to respect deadlines.
