Function
You will contribute to provide a cost efficient and appropriate quality of service and maintenance of the IT-systems according to the business needs.
You will contribute to optimize IT investments and secure the evolution of the IT architecture according to EskoArtwork business strategy
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Project management in specific and agreed IT projects. E.g. implementation of a new ERP system or upgrades of VPN network.
- Collecting and describing user requirements. You assist and advice users to find best suitable solution for their needs. This relates to choice of systems, set-up and integration of systems etc.
- Driving related business process efficiencies and management in collaboration with the related business department owners.
- Establishing of maintenance plans during implementation of new systems.
- Participate as project member in specific IT- or Business related projects.
- Assist first and second line support to find and correct errors
- Responsible for making and updating documentation regarding system setup and system maintenance.
- Give input to the IT strategy
- Organize or provide training for end-users and/or IT staff
Profile
- Master or Bachelor degree in Information Technologie.
- You can fall back on 2 or 3 years of project management experience or in IT consultancy, preferably in an international environment.
- Experience with business process management is a plus
- You speak and write English fluently
