Role & MissionYou, as ICT gatekeeper, will guarantee optimized and qualitative support services for the small Recytyre team. You will be on the lookout and assure call-in for interesting and relevant development of ICT-solutions and development tools to support, brace, and optimize the business services in a Mac-based environment.
Position- Your software-environment is Macintosh
- You will design, implement and maintain system applications
- You will assure adjustment and accommodation of requirements
- You have the operational ownership of purchase- & service management
- You will develop and manage technical- and functional analysis by measurement
- You are the one to appeal on for user reengineering, support, CRM and Sharepoint
- You administrate the process of intranet- and extranet application implementations
- You take responsibility for SLA management
