Functieomschrijving
The HR Automotive Europe Assistant will support the Human Ressources Manager Central Offices Automotive Europe.
The main responsability of the HR Automotive Europe Assistant is to support the implementation of the HR tools for the salary exempt and non-exempts of the Central offices for all the departments.
These responsabilities are the followings:
- Training and development: participate to the coordination and to the validation of the training needs for the Salary exempts and salary non-exempts of the Central Offices of the Automotive Europe, implement the development plan, settle the follow-ups, in accordance with the existing programs at the Division level.
- Performance Evaluation Process: Participate to the process coordination for the salary exempt and non-exempt of the central offices in conformity with the Group and Division rules
- Recruitment: Participate to the coordination, to the planning and to the salary exempt and non-exempt recruitment of the central offices at Automotive Europe level.
- International mobility and expatriates management: support the HRM in implementing the cross-department or cross-business mobility.
- Support the administrative follow-up in SAP HR of all the tasks described here above
Profiel
Excellent communication and contact skills in order to set-up a good relation with the internal and external customers.
Organized, structured, efficient, result and customers oriented.
Bachelor in Human Resources or level/equivalent experience, with at least an experience of 3 years in HR in an international context.
Good proficiency in SAP HR and Microsoft Office.
Fluency in French and English.
