High skilled Customer Service Representative (ENG/NL/FR) for Bruges (m/f)

For one of our clients, an international company in the industry field, we are curretly looking for a Customer Service Representative to work in Bruges or France (Crespin).
Speaking English, French and Dutch at a professional level, the successful candidate for this role will be responsible for the Benelux customer portfolio and work in close collaboration with the Benelux Sales Manager. He/she will ensure high level Customer Satisfaction in order to maximize revenues.
He/she will manage order registration, follow-up and tracking; establish pricing, make offers for Parts in line with the Governance Rules and the Sales Objectives. Ensuring a good tracking of the billing status will also be a key requirement of the role.
He/she will provide support to the Sales Managers for the preparation of the complex bids, ensuring the correct execution and governance of long-term contracts (MSA type, in terms of profitability, Service level, Escalation clauses) as well as the Performance KPIs and dashboard of your Customers.
Key accountabilities:
- Booking orders and Price/Part Proposals, Bill tracking
- Management of Long-Term Agreements
- Price Escalation updating and management
- Supporting Complex Bids (National and international)
- Supporting Governance Processes and interaction with other Groups
Profiel
The candidate we are looking for should answer to following qualifications:
- Education level Professional or Academic Bachelor degree;
- Strong Experience (min 2 years) in Customer Support within Telecom, IT or Industrial Business to Business environment;
- Very good relationships management, outspoken person;
- Determined, well organized for administrative follow-up;
- Customer oriented, performance and result oriented;
- Team player and able to deal with short timeline tasks;
- MS Office skills, SAP;
- French, English and Dutch at fluent level;
