Functieomschrijving
There are three regions supported by a Regional Materials Leader within our clients global structure. The three regions are as follows: America's (United States, Mexico, and Brazil), AsiaPac (China, India, and Singapore), EMEA (Site: Rumst and Countries: Dubai, UK, South Africa, Russia).
- You drive critical projects within the specific Region for CGL Materials Sites and integration of functional team support for Demand, Forecasting, and Supplier Management
- You manage process meetings such as monthly global materials leader reviews, and monthly regional inventory forecast consensus reviews.
- You administer supply chain functional excellence scorecards at each CGL location within the region and develop action plans to address gaps
- You review region KPIs and key leading indicators and develop action items and improvement plans that lead towards entitlement achievement
- You are responsible for the further alignment of CGL Global Materials with Corporate Supply Chain Management teams
- You participate in global development, modification improvement, and standardization of procedures, policies and processes within CGL Global Materials
- You continue the effort to correlate Customer Delivery (fill rate and BO's) with inventory to optimal levels
- You support functional leaders (Demand, Forecast, and Supplier Management) projects within the assigned region
- You ensure that adequate coverage and support by the Purchasing Liaison is coordinated with the Materials Planning and Scheduling function
Profiel
- Preferably you have 5-7 years of progressively responsible supply chain management (materials, planning, logistics, operations, supervision, etc) experience
- You have strong project management skills
- You have wide planning and inventory management experience
- You have Inventory / planning / order management / ERP computer systems experience
- Plant Materials Leader experience is required
- You have a Six-Sigma Black Belt certification preferred, Green Belt required, Sponsor preferred
- Preferably you have in-depth Oracle (GIEA) Application knowledge and expert experience in Sales and Operations Planning
- You have demonstrated the ability to create value in a supply chain
- You have the ability to work across multiple functions and business units
- You have good verbal and written communication skills
- You have change management skills
- Uou are prepared to travel required up to 20%
