we are looking for. Your role:
- You will act as a sounding board and sparring partner and you will support local implementation teams during and after the project phase.
- You will facilitate knowledge exchange and nurture a common growth and margin language across Bekaert
- You will bring to life a “network of experts” and support future proof content generation for our Bekaert Customer ExcellenceAcademy
- You will manage the selected work streams to support implementation
- You will track overall progress and impact of the waves.
- You will guard the methodology & the playbooks
- You manage the Bekaert Customer Excellence toolkit and you link it to IT & CRM.
