Responsibilities:
- Organize, coordinate, prioritize and follow efforts to help to achieve HSSE targets as set in the Five Year Plan for KPNWE.
- Organize and plan activities in accordance with HSSE Management System.
- Execute incident investigations and implement / follow up improvement actions.
- Organize, coordinate, prioritize and follow up the emergency preparedness implementation efforts at KPNWE.
- Execute the emergency exercise planning.
- Prepare and give HSSE training to KPNWE personnel.
- Set HSSE standards and follow up on implementation.
- Carry out internal HSSE audits and checks
- Accompany second and third party HSSE audits.
- Support of Safety Committee meetings
Profiel
- Do you have approximately 3 years experience in a similar job?
- Do you have a safety level 2 and are you willing to follow level 1 course?
- Do you speak fluently Dutch, English and French?
- Do you possess of a bachelor or master degree or an equivalent?
- An additional education in safety, environment, fire safety, crisis management, construction site safety coordination, disaster management is an asset.
- You don't have a problem with working in a multi cultural environment?
- Are you a team player?
- Are you willing to travel?
- Do you have a proactive approach?
- Are you an animator, motivator and collaborator?
- Do you possess good communication skills?
- Do you have good influencing skills?
