Our client produces devices and installations in a field where mechanics, optics electronics and software meet each other.
They ask us to select a design engineer(m/f), who define new design based on international standards and rules, customers specifications, drawings and expectations. The working area will mainly be mechanical, but other fields of engineering are also involved.

Functieomschrijving
- analyse documentation from the customer: drawings, texts, standards, regulations, etc and create system criteria based on this input
- create the complete product design (drawings, bill of materials, bill of quality , mounting and supply accessories)
- strictly following the FAA and ICAO rules, and other international applicable rules
- assist sales during bid phases, provide technical support during production, and assist during realization phase of the project
- contact the customer (visit in the field,international) to get the necessary details and input to be able to design exactly what the customer wants
Profiel
- master level (technical or civil engineering)
- experience in the field of electrical/construction engineering (or airfield technology)
- at least a few years of experience in a similar environment
- experience in project management/lead is a plus
- knowledge of mechanics, electricity, construction is really necessary
- practical experience with ACAD LT 2010 or 2012
- languages: ENG (Du and /or Fr are an asset)
