What is RPO in ManpowerGroup?
Manpower takes on all or part of a client's permanent recruiting operations, potentially including: workforce planning, recruiting strategy, sourcing and screening, candidate assessment, interviewing, candidate management, offer negotiation and on-boarding. The solution will also typically include provision of an applicant tracking system, consolidated activity reporting and SLAs. Contracts are typically 1-3 years in length.

Main objective of the job:
Create with clients and MPGroup Solutions (RPO) a WIN/WIN relation.
Develop and implement innovative R&S strategies to increase and optimize relationships between MPGroup Solutions (RPO) and its partners (d.i. alle mogelijke HR dienstverleners).
Develop and implement a structure for commercial collaboration with partners (HR service providers).
Provide operational and commercial support
Daily people management of R&S teamleader & R&S teams.
Main tasks/responsibilities:
- Drive sales through (Strategic Key ) Client Management based on Client First Focus, by creating close alignment with our larger clients to ensure we are bringing them the best the ManpowerGroup has to offer
- Accountable for client management in region
- Maintain solution development, sourcing expertise and sales support capability.
- Accountable for operational efficiency, metrics and SLA management
- Representing RPO Centre of Excellence. Including sharing of regional best practices and stories, region specific input towards new product development and continuous process improvement feedback.
- Overall RPO performance delivery. To include the oversight of both regional and local delivery results, region metrics and successful client relationship management.
- Acting as the initial point of contact for global sales support for MP Belgium and working with local contacts to develop regionally consistent pricing for responses to RFP/RFI's.
- Acting as or assigning sales lead for regional deals, acting as regional point of collection for out of region sales activities:
Overseeing/designing regional delivery solutions for RPO engagements
- Acting as the Belgian SME/trainer for center and local R&S resources for RPO technology, Delivery Process Tools, Best Practices and Framework
- Develop and deploy tools and process to promote and facilitate RPO business: Market awareness, product management, sales tools and collateral, standards for sales support, provide executive sales lead for largest global opportunities, supporting SCM lead, escalation point for hub issues, knowledge management: Best practices, communication/development for RPO community.
- Provide RPO operations and delivery support to own region and maintain accountability for regional delivery of global deals.
- For RPO, use common technology and process
- Management of R&S team leaders en R&S teams (8 - 10 FTE)
Profiel
- University calibre with at least 10 years of senior sales/account / R&S management experience, RPO background and proven experience within a service led environment, preferably in an international or pan-European context.
- Understand the diversity of markets and regional cultures, and can orchestrate closure of deals with country representatives.
- Ability to work in a matrix organisation, sometimes virtual, sometimes with local team.
- Self dependent and self motivating.
- Experience in introducing best practice, strategic processes within a multi-national organisation.
- Can demonstrate knowledge of process mapping, structured problem-solving, transitioning best practice and cross business collaboration.
- Engaging with, influencing and gaining buy-in from senior business leaders, so as to leverage and generate change.
- Pioneering, leading and championing major programmes based on best practice and process enhancement through employee engagement and local trainings.
- Languages: Fluent speaking & writing in Dutch – French – English ; German is a plus.
