KPMG is looking for a Business Development Manager.
The responsabilities are:
Client relationship management- Personal contacts: creates new and strengthens existing relationships with the client's decisions makers/influencers/information givers
- Full service proposition: Introduces appropriate KPMG specialists from different services to decision makers and oversees relationship building
- Marketing activities: personally invites decision makers to appropriate KPMG events and personally distributes appropriate publications to client where he is the relationship owner
- Communication channels: keep in contact client client-facing KPMG employees to track/monitor progress and developments in KPMG communication with client
2.Opportunity/engagement management
- Research: identifies and gathers information on new client/industry issues . Builds an understanding of a client's business issues and aligns them with KPMG's services
- Opportunity pipeline: With Lead partner agrees on account strategy, defines strategic important services, manages the internal network and executes the client-facing actions. Matches the issues with KPMG service offerings and ensures as opportunity action plan has been set-up.
- Proposal process: leverages own network to ensure KPMG is invited to competitive tenders. Provides input into the proposal
3.Account management
- Drafts the account plan for approval by the lead partner and follows-up on actions
- Internal and external meetings: Organizes meetings as a facilitator during the meeting
- Marketing activities: keeps up to date on marketing activities and personally follows up on all the marketing activities in which client has participated
4.Acts as an interface between Markets and KPMG colleagues active in the mid market.
