As Business Development Manager you will report to the Sales Manager. You and your colleagues in the Sales & Marketing team will develop the business and sales in Belgium. In order to complete the team, we are looking for a person that can develop the business in Flanders.
Your responsibilities are as follows:
- ‘Responsible to develop the business in Flanders’:
- Focus on the market from medium to large accounts and search strong marketing automation solutions
- Majorly direct sales to companies, some indirect opportunities with agencies.
- Focus on pre-sales and sales activities. Lead the opportunity with the help of experts (technology, project, strategy)
- “Strategic listening and consultative selling”
- Start from business needs of the customers in order to issue specific recommendations on how to leverage business & marketing opportunities through the deployment of the Actito technology and services within their global, marketing and IT organization
- “Full service approach”
- Sell solutions with technology and integrated expert services
- Accompany the adoption of ACTITO technology with technical projects and marketing services skills.
- Team work between business development, project management and technical team is critical in producing full offers.
- “Long-term relationships”
- The sales cycle is long, from 3 to 12 months. You need to invest in maintaining long-term relationships with the customers.
