You are responsible for managing the existing sales network, agents and distributors in your region.
Your geographical focus is on Norway.
You maintain a close relation with existing distributors and assist them with their local activities.
On the other hand, you will be responsible for market and business development, and for obtaining the quantitative and qualitative sales objectives in your region.
In order to realize commercial targets, you will find new distributors and partners for the whole product range.
You will coach, support, advise and motivate the sales network and you will be responsible for the follow-up.
In close cooperation with the customers, you will assist them with technical trainings, seminars, road shows and eventually local trade shows.
You will introduce the new developments and the latest innovations.
You will report to the Sales Manager Eastern Europe, Scandinavia, Germany.
You preferably have a Master degree and have a technical background.
You have 3 years B2B sales selling experience, preferably in the textile industry or carpet tiles.
Affinity with generating new business opportunities through Architecture & Design community.
You have a natural commercial approach: you are an initiator and able to build long-term relationship with clients.
You have above-average organizing skills events to organize customer events.
Perfect Norwegian language skills and fluent in English.
The primary working location is Oslo, but the role requires willingness to travel within Norway.
You will be part of a performing team, in a highly challenging and international environment.
