As an Accountant you provide financial reports for partners in the Group in accordance to the international accountancy principles, local law and regulations, internal guidelines (Financial Policies and Procedures) and business needs. You also support decision-making by collecting, analysing, investigating, and reporting financial data.
Key responsibilities / Accountabilities:
General Ledger - record journal entries, perform accounts reconciliations.
Prepare financial statements in Business Consolidation System.
Deliver statistics and reports to Authorities or other external statistics as specified by local, regional, federal or state authorities.
Manage Period End Closing timeplans /closing schedule preparation, cooperation with and communication to all stakeholders
Prepare required documentation for internal and external audits
Ensure fulfilment of internal control requirements
Work in accordance to the work instructions and Process requirements
Prepare, analyse and verify the standard accounting statement for the customer within the framework of the on-going sub-process
Actively participate in process standardization and optimization.
Support in projects and ad hoc assignments.
Provide ad hoc support in Purchase-to-Pay
Minimum 1 year of professional experience gained in accounting area, working experience with variety of documents and transactions
