Reporting to the Managing Director, the HR Officer will handle all the essential HR functions for our client.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Personnel administration.
- Preparation of payroll, interfacing with the outsourced payroll agency
- Preparation and proper reporting to social security and other authorities.
- Administration of company cars.
- Vacation tracking, administration of insurances, relocation of staff
- Support of the Managers in all aspects related to the management of their staff
- Prepare general terms and conditions for all HR issues.
- Further design, propose and install competitive policies.
- Develop Recruiting strategy and processes, and ensure that all staff is recruited in a timely and cost effective manner.
- Develop and operate proper Training & Development plans, in line with needs of the organisation
- Budgeting and cost control regarding the HR budget.
